Welcome to City of Orchid Purchasing Department

The City utilizes Beacon Bid to share solicitations with interested bidders. Beacon is completely free and does not require registration or fees in order to access solicitations and view bids and RFP documents.

To view documents, follow these simple steps.

1. Fill out the "Request Information" form to become a planholder.
2. After filling out this form you will receive an email containing a link to download any bid specifications.
3. The City will only provide updates, amendments, and notices to a solicitation’s planholders through the Beacon Platform.
